Our Pricing Layout
To make it easy to understand, we price our luggage transfers per bag per drop.
The more bags you have, the less it costs per bag.
Use the table to determine how much you will be charged for your Cotswold Way luggage transfers.
Please note if your transfer is off our standard Cotswold Way Route, we reserve the right to amend the price to reflect that. Please see our terms and conditions for more information.
IMPORTANT: Bags must be ready by 9am and in reception with no exceptions. This is important, especially during peak season, as our van will not have the time to wait around for bags. If bags are not ready, the van will leave, and the bag will be moved later at an additional cost. This may be expensive as depending on the stage of where you are during the walk, we may have to use taxis.

2024 Prices
The 2024 season runs from 18 March to 30 October.
The 2025 season runs from 18 March to 30 October.
Bookings made before 1 September 2024 will be honoured at the 2024 rates.
Whilst we will try to keep our prices the same throughout the season, some adjustment may be made to account for rising costs.
