  • A hard copy of your personal data / your contract with us will be stored at our office headquarters
  • A digital copy will be stored on Cloud based systems provided by a third-party supplier. (Please note that all of our third-party suppliers have protocols to safeguard customer data.)

When and how we share information

We can assure you that any personal data that we have collected from you that is stored on our Cloud based systems are strictly not used, nor stored by them for their own marketing purposes. The only purpose they have with your data is cloud storage and retrieval.

We may occasionally provide details to a third party to mail information to you for billing purposes.

Otherwise we do NOT reveal any of the personal information you’ve shared with us at Carryabag to any third party supplier unless you have requested it specifically, the information is needed to comply with new regulations or laws such as a court order or to address disputes, claims, emergencies or to protect our rights.
