Transfer Distance Limitations and Non standard deliveries

To provide access to a wide range of accommodation, our website does not use geographical pricing and is therefore unable to calculate bespoke costs.

If your luggage transfer falls outside the standard Cotswold Way route (Chipping Campden to Bath), or if a single transfer exceeds the 12-mile limit, we reserve the right to amend the price to reflect additional mileage and time, including applying a double rate where applicable.

Following your online booking, we will contact you to advise of any additional charges, and you will have the option to cancel for a full refund if you wish.
